Right of Withdrawal - 14-Day Return Right

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact@japanbest.eu before the 14-day period expires. Include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
  2. We will reply with our Luxembourg return address and instructions. Do not send goods back without receiving this confirmation.
  3. Return the goods within 14 days of your withdrawal notification, in original condition with all accessories and packaging.

We may reduce your refund if the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and characteristics (e.g. used, missing accessories, damaged packaging). See T&C Section 8.6 for details.

Exceptions - Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Sealed goods (hygiene/health) where the seal has been broken after delivery
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover all costs including return shipping.

How to Report

  1. Email contact@japanbest.eu promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.
  2. Wait for our written confirmation before returning the item.
  3. Return the item using a tracked service and send us the receipt - we will reimburse the return shipping cost.
